How to Lose Weight in 10 Days!

Here's how to lose weight in 10 days using nothing but 2 simple exercises that you can do at home. Best part is, they only require 5 minutes of your time whenever you do them.

1. Do 2 minute mini-sessions on the mini-trampoline
So to start off, you only need to do this 2 minutes at a time. It's not some long, drawn-out workout that hogs 30-60 minutes of your time (not including the drive to and from the gym).
Well first off, obviously, you'll need to get a mini-trampoline. You can get them at Wal-Mart for around $25.
Once you get it, try to set up a flexible routine that'll allow you to jump on it for 1-2 minutes at a time... whenever you have a bit of free time. I've found that you must keep your mini-trampoline out in the living room or wherever you spend a lot of your time for this to truly work.
Now, my little tip on how I do it personally. I watch tv just like everyone else. But that's ok. Because when a commercial comes on, I get jumping on the mini-trampoline. I leave it right there in front of the tv.
That's how I do it. You can try that or find another way to get in AT LEAST 20 minutes of mini-trampoline jumping a day.
2. 5-minutes of pure fat burning, out of breath exercise... hindu squats
What are hindu squats? A simple, fast squat routine without using any weights. What do you do? Squat as fast as possible. For how long? 5 minutes straight.
Can you take breaks? I advise against them, but when you're starting out you'll probably need a few 10-15 second breaks during the 5 minutes. How many squats should I do? Well, do as many as you can. But you need to aim for at least 100 in 5 minutes.
One tip... swipe your fingers to touch the ground during each repetition. Why? Because that demonstrates you squatted down far enough. Don't cheat by not squatting down far enough. You're only cheating yourself. By touching the ground, you can't possibly cheat.
